I purchased some discounted veg from them on the 21/04/2026.They have this deal every Tuesday.The payment due came to R249.59 and the transaction went through smoothly and I received the parcel the next day. There were 3 inappropriate replacement goods included but I figured that it was ok as it was discounted anyways.On Thursday morning 23/04/26 two further deductions came off my account at 02:30 for R428.00 and R249.59. They are saying that the 1st deduction was a temporary hold. I do understand the temporary hold as I've purchased from them many times and never is the temporary hold different to the actual amount deducted from my account.They not only did a temporary hold then took the R249.59 but then also took the full amount of R428.00. l have tried their help chat who can't seem to assist and they do not have a contact number. I know it's a small amount but feel ****** paying for the same purchase 3 times. I can send the 3 bank transactions.
