I placed an order and they did not find the item they advised i was not charged, however they took the full amount, i enquire and get told i have been refunded this is the fourth week now still oing back and fourth with them and no help. They are rude and

They are rude and never willing to help, and this not even the first time they do this . Their Arrogance is something else
