I paid for food that was delivered to the wrong address.

I paid for an order that was delivered to the incorrect address. I reached out to the Uber eats driver and he told me he doesn’t care I can report him. I reached out to uber eats and they didn’t even bother to father adequate information from me instead they just dismissed me. They claimed that the driver called me which I have no record of on my contact list. The order was for my sickly mom and grandmother. I had to purchase directly from the store AGAIN and pay AGAIN. This is my hard earned money that they expect me to just forget about while their driver delivered the food to the incorrect address.
