I paid for an order, but food was not delivered, standard of this companies service has dropped, i will no longer use them.

I paid for an order, but food was not delivered, the help option didnt help , they said the driver tried to contact me, he only asked me to open the gate of which i did ,waited outside but there was no delivery , when i checked the app, the status was that it was completed and delivered, he put a picture of where he left the food, but its not in my complex, i dont know where that is, i need my money ASAP
