I paid for a meal that i never got.yet im.billed Cancellation feea that wqs the ampumt of the meal

On the 19th Dec .i decided to order via ubee eats at mac donalds woodmead .the Meal came out to R83,i placed the order but within secs canceled my ordr as a meetimg had just been scheduled and i did not want cold chips.Uber eats proceeded to adviae that i had tp.pay R83 in cancellation fees as to compemsate the driver when.i tried to re order I paid tge cancellation fee.Please explain how is cancellation fees R83 So i basicly paid for a complete meal i didnt get or enjoy n when i query it im.told ota cancellation fees.
