I ordered a meal on the 02/10/2021 and my bank account was debited 3 times

I ordered a meal on the 02/10/2021 and my bank account was debited 3 times. As soon as I realized that I logged a complaint with them, I even sent them my bank statement with the 3 deductions but till today they have not refunded me the 2 extra payments, all the time I query they say it was not deducted 3 times. Even if my bank statement reflects the 3 deductions they still do not want to refund me.
