I never received my food and they refused to refund me

I ordered on Uber eats, the driver took over 3 hours to bring my order, I called him several times and he did not answer. Then when he was over 2km away, it said order received. I don't understand how it said my order was delivered when I did not even give the driver the pin, and he was far from my house. I then called him via Uber eats then he answered and said he's been in an accident and won't deliver my food. But when I call him with my number he didn't pick up, he only picked up when called via Uber. Which showed he was lying. I then contacted Uber eats via the chat and told them that the driver said he's been in an accident and won't deliver my order. But they said I'm not eligible for a refund. So I just lost my money and never received my food. Worst app ever. Please don't use them they are a ****amer
