I NEED MY MONEY

I was trying to order online from Uber when I try to pay it said that I should change the payment method and before that they deducted R99 of which I don't understand why they took my money and how come that transaction happened while I was not able to pay for my order. I need my money back to y account. It's not fair, I NEED MY MONEY BACK TO THE ACCOUNT.
