I need help with Uber *****

On the 5th of October 2025 I made an order and kept tracking the driver , he kept on saying he's closer and before I knew it, the order was completed without any delivery. I logged a complaint with Uber Support and they told me the driver completed the delivery there's nothing they can do. Even though I presented proof that I did not get a call from the driver nor the order. They are refusing to give me proof that my delivery was delivered to my place.
