I need help with returns

I bought batteries which are AA on the 1st of April at Game store using the UberEats app. The batteries that are bought are incorrect. On the app it shows I have to go to Game store. However, Games says I need to return the batteries via Uber Eat. No one is helping me on the UberEats app, the bots stuff are not helping me with exchange or refurn.
