I need a Refund

Saturday afternoon, I placed an order on the Uber eats app Spent R189 my order was #A9A89, suddenly my order gets cancelled without a refund. Sunday i went to both Both roots grill restaurants at kempton part and no one was willing to assist or had any idea why was my order cancelled i had to spend hundred Rand more on a transport asking for my refund. I highly disappointed with the service i got from Uber Eats
