I made order around lunch time

I made order around lunch time. I was owing ubereats R55 and i order two chicken paulle and a quarter and a coke 1.5lt. An amount of R205 was taken but my order just disappeared i check order history and there was no sign of my order. I have check on my order history, i called all pedros in umhlanga the told me they never received my order and demand a refund
