I have UberEATS app, I only used it for buying food but they've dedicated 3 times for uber transportation of which I've never travelled with Uber transportation

I have UberEATS app, I only used it for buying food but they've dedicated 3 times for uber transportation of which I've never travelled with Uber transportation. Today they deducted R50 and 2 past deductions, those deduction took place on the same day of the month for 3 months. I've complaint to them but they said it wasn't *****. So kindly please help. Because today I've bought food so they also *****ulent took R50 for transportation.
