I HATE UBDER EATS AND PANAROTTI'S LENASIA

I have tried to use a voucher that I got from my employer, but the voucher just never seemed to work, so it would decline ad say change payment method. Which I did. I placed an order with Panarotti's and as I checked out the order the order showed that the voucher of R350 would be credited and a difference of R5.70 will be deducted from my bank account, i selected yes. Only to find out the voucher did not go off or credit the order, so i contacted panarotti's immediately after i noticed this and that was shortlly after I placed the order- The manger Mike from Panarotti's advised that the order is canceled and will not be charged. I went onto my app and it showed a payment pending-which went off from my bank account and bearing in mind I canceled the order and never received any food but was charged for it- I logged a query with uber eats which drags and is still dragging. They advised that they will refund my money that went off from my bank account and will take the voucher in that case. So i rep**** back and asked how is that so and how can my voucher now be taken for an order I have not received and now they giving me a run around and giving me hassles- I HATE Uber eats and will take this further and I also HATE panarotti's lenasia resturant to be specific, they are ******s and will get their day. UBER EATS IS A BRAND OR BUSINESS NOT EVEN FROM SOUTH AFRICA AND I WILL MAKE SURE THEY WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE IN SA EVER!!!!
