I had a terrible experience with Uber Eats

I had a terrible experience with Uber Eats. I placed an order, paid for it, and when the app said the driver had arrived, I immediately went to the gate but there was no one there. The delivery driver made no effort to contact me or find me, and then falsely marked the order as delivered. I never received my food, and Uber Eats has done nothing to assist or refund me. This is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability is extremely frustrating. I paid for something I didn’t receive how is that fair?
