I feel scared

I ordered food on the Uber east app and waited for response for 2hours and I do get any response or any feedback back not even communication from the driver because the app had technical problems now they are saying that I owe them money and I didn’t even get the food , I tried reporting the issue for two days now in a row and I still didn’t get any feedback regarding resolving the problem I have the customer service is just the worst I’m really not happy
