I feel Like I've been ****med .

I had a very disturbing experience with UberEATS , I ordered and I was tracking the driver on they App, When the driver was 2 minutes away from my provided delivery address, I went down to collect my food, The driver was nowhere in the vicinity.After s***ling they are outside my workplace I headed back into my building and traced the driver on the app , The message read that I collected my food , Not once did the driver contact me for delivery , Nothing there was no communication provided to say that he had reached my place , when I looked at the picture provided the driver was standing in a different street ,

I took this up with UBER and they say I am not eligible for a refund because they provided proof that I was contacted but nowhere do I see the communication , The money is debited I never received my food so tell me how does this make any sense that I pay for food I never received or ate .. I want that driver to provide me with the proof that he called me, I even was in contact with the restaurant to advise and they confirmed they cannot give me details of the driver. this is blatant theft, and I demand I get reimbursed with the 200 I spent on food I did not eat.
