I don't know who is unprofessional between ubereats and their drivers

i bought food on ubereats from wimpy restaurant Savannah mall Polokwane . i was so disappointed the food never arrived i tried to get hold of the driver no luck even the restaurant try to call her no luck. The driver's name is Monare is a female she must just quite cause she is not reliable. And ubereats where is your customer service contact how do we contact you if not happy ?
