I didn't receive my order but was charged for it.

I bought food throught the uber eats app and didn't receive my food. When I made an enquiry, the response I got was I'm not legible for a refund, so my question is, the driver packed by the packing lot and decided to go with out coming to the door. Delivery instructions said leave at the order and mind due this is a store with security guards by the door all the time so why did the driver decide to take a picture of the order by the packing lot and then said the order was delivered. I then made attempts to call the driver but was not going through, I then send the pictures describing the distance between the parking lot and the main door. I'm not accepting the response I got because I'm not going to buy food for the driver and his family. The driver can pay for that food since he left with it. I work at pick n pay and I don't see a reason why the driver didn't leave the food with the security guards by the door. As a customer I request a refund because i cannot pay for food that I didn't consume, who ever consumed the food should pay for them.
