i didnt get my order.

On Saturday the 17 August 2024 I've ordered food from chicken licken Hilbrow Johannesburg for the total amount of R237 and the we did not get hold of the driver, his name is Mgcini, when we send complain to uber app the driver has posted and said he gave the security our order, how can he say he gave our order to the security while im the one who has the order Pin, please note that we cant get hold of the driver, we have drivers detail.

The doggy part here is that they have sent a message today saying the driver has cancelled our order because he didn't get hold of me, how can they say they cancelled the order while on their side they said they gave the security our order?
