I did not receive my food delivery, I want my money back

I ordered food from Mcdonalds on the app on the 12 October 2019 and the food was not delivered to me but money for the order was debited. I logged a complaint on the app, on social media and also sent an email and till today no one has gotten back to me. I am not happy with this, what kind of company rips of clients like this? I want my money back please and I am very dissapointed this service.
