I can't pay for food that I wait for 2 Hours

@Uber I'm very disappointed that I have an outstanding balance On Uber eat on the food that I had to wait for 2 Hours ,how can I pay for something that I didn't even eat . South Africa is going thru some rough I believe every cent count nowadays ,so I wouldn't refer someone to use Uber eat after this incident. Uber it's just a **** for us black people ,I'm stopping now to use it .
