I cancelled this order because the driver did not pick up or respond after more than an hour from the time of ordering

I cancelled this order because the driver did not pick up or respond after more than an hour from the time of ordering. The cancellation was due to non-performance of the service, not a change of mind on my side. Despite this, I was charged R130.05 for an order that is marked as Cancelled and has no receipt available. Charging the full order amount in these circumstances is unreasonable and contrary to the South African Consumer Protection Act, which entitles consumers to a refund when a supplier fails to deliver the service as agreed.
