Huge Disappointment

I ordered 2 pizzas and a pudding through UberEats from Debbonairs. Only one pizza and the pudding was delivered. The driver, Nkosinathi Ndlovu promised to fetch the outstanding pizza and return with it straight away. Well, we never caught sight of him again!! My 2 small kids were so disappointed because this was our first take-away since we were allowed to order again! They had waited so long... I contacted UberEats 3 times via the App (which promises a response within 24 hours) and have heard not a single word from them. What a huge disappointment!! You try and explain to a 4 and a 5 year old why the pizza mommy and daddy promised never arrived!!
