Horrific service

I just want my refund, this is why the cash option is crucial coz now I don't even know if I'll ever get my refund,the order kept saying the driver is almost here and next thing it tells me to enjoy my meal while I've been waiting on the driver outside my yard, if he was getting lost why didn't he text or call coz I never got that too, this is disheartening and ********** coz my money is gone along with my food... This is purely unbelievably horrific service and not to mention **********
