Horrific customer service

I ordered debonairs pizza and the driver entered the estate and turned around , this was confirmed by security.In the pictures attached he just takes a picture of the pizza box but does not show where he delivered it,the house number .Additionally I kept my fingers pin safe and I wasn’t shared how did he deliver with no pin.I the one that kept on calling him no answer
