Horrid

What an absolute joke. Ordered from Uber eats at 18:45 8 Feb 2024. Burger king Allens Nek. After multiple delays at 20:05 my order gets cancelled by the Driver. I proceed to phone burger king allens Nek, the lady promptly phones back to tell me that the driver stole my food. I reorder just to find out they took an additional R600+ from my account for the exact same order that cost R311. No no response from Uber Eats And no damn food. How is this acceptable?
