Horrible UberEats services
Today I placed an order from KFC Waterstone in Somerset West. I got a missed call on my phone and when I pick up the phone the call was ended. I tried numerous times to call the number back but no response. The driver did not deliver my food which I paid for. He refused to answer my calls. And now UberEats refuses to refund me. What the hell. What happened to my food? What happened to my money? And you expect me to just accept the fact that I lost my money to an Uber who did not communicate with me!!! This is daylight *******. I want my money!!!

23 Oct 2024, 15:14If there are sk many complaints on here regarding UberEats, why is it that UberEats still refuses to refund? The same thing happened to me on 22 October. NO ringing but a missed call. Then trying to call back - futile. The Uber took my food and UberEats refuses to pay. So they know already that the Ubers take the food and they get the money. This is sickening. A business Like that needs to be shut down🤬 can we all just stand together and demand that UberEats takes responsibility for their pathetic services!!! Now they ignore me. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!🤬🤬🤬
