Horrible services repeatedly

I have had nothing but trouble with the app and ordering food. Firstly the drivers don’t even wait 8 min and the cancel the order and Uber Eats still refuses to give me my refund even though I have not received their services / customer support is horrible and takes ages to reply to messages it’s even difficult to contact them and file an enquiry
