Horrible services

I am very disappointed with service that l got today using ubber eats.l tried ordering from Pedro's hillbrow with ubber eats app it said the is an issue so l thought the order did notgo through tried with another phone only to check minutes later l have two orders.Then the second order was also succesful when l was tryng to cancel it did not give an option to do so.The two orders took almost two hours before l could eat order around 17:30delivery time of the order was 19:20 it keep increasing delay time am very dissapointed with horrible and had to pay for two orders that was not able to cancell if ubber eats has an issue rather they so unlike us paying double on top u dont get any thing for their horrible services.
