horrible service provider

i am very disgusted by uber eats , i placed two orders today and both never arrived , they took the money from my account .

i send an email and they have the nerve to tell me they can't refund my money for food i did not get . they have a horrible system and i have been using this service for such a long time . and i wont ever use this again.

please dont make use of this service they are horrible
