Horrible service from Ubereats

Am so disappointed in Uber eats services made an order on the 18th of March and paid the delivery guy R150 in cash when I check online it says I have an outstanding amount of R99.90 and I need to pay the outstanding balance before I can reorder, I have called the call centre which I don't get a response from and no I has come back to my review that I left on the app.
