Horrible service from UberEats

What's happening with Uber Eats now. I ordered food, money was taken from my account and no food delivered. Yet my status says the food has been delivered. Driver didn't even attempt to contact me in any way. Unacceptable, unprofessional, ****************! And on top of *****ing my money, no one has contacted me and cherry on top, now I have to cook. I want my money back. Horrible service!
