Horrible service from Uber Eats. Our bank details are not protected with this company

On the 27th September 2025 l was charged for an order l didn't place meaning someone hacked my account or something. Instead of Uber eats refunding me and dealing with that person as they can see who is behind this. They said l must look for that person, they went on and lie to say this payment was done last year 2024 therefore they can't refund me but its clear on the proof of purchase that it wad done on the 27th . I escalated to them same time the payment went through to my account but till today they have not assisted me and not willing to assist.
