Horrible service from Uber eats agent called Fatam

What a horrible service from Uber eats! Placed an order, drivers kept on changing and reached out to an agent to find out what could the problem be because the order that was meant to be delivered in 20 minutes it’s now late for 2 hours. Instead they cancelled my order, no refund and told me they respond to only active orders!
