Horrible service form uber eats when drive spilt my drink and I got wet food

I ordered burger king through uber eats and the driver spilt my drink and said he would report it and uber will contact me I also raised a ticket and still yet to be contacted so I was only given the burger and chips only realised later that the drink he spilt got my food wet aswell.

I did ticket and it’s not allowing me to do another one as I had already did one and they haven’t gotten back to me bad service
