Horrible service

I placed an order yesterday and after the transaction went through, it showed me a different delivery address from where I was, yet my location services were on, 2 I had my address as I always do, when I tried to change the delivery address before the delivery because I don't know the area my food was set to be delivered to, I attempted to edit the address and was told I can't, the other option was to cancel the order.

I canceled the order and was billed the full amount including delivery yet I did not receive the food, I enquired and asked for a refund, when I was told that partial amount of the money will be paid to the restaurant since I canceled. They took the full amount and are refusing to refund me yet the fault was from the app. The second I canceled the order, it suddenly picked up my location and right address
