Horrible service& delivery lie

I placed the above order as you can see above, I waited for over 2 hours before raising a complaint and still I have not received my order, my shift ended at 12pm and I have still not had a meal, I want my refund and want action taken against the lier of a driver that said he delivered my order that I paid for online, I will remove my card and no longer use card as a payment option thank goodness I did not tip with the payment, I am very disappointed with the service and I have low blood not eating causes serious harm to my health, I am very disappointed I have never had such an experience honestly.
