Horrible service by UberEats

I placed an order yesterday, driver went to wrong address to deliver when he called me I told him wrong address, this order was worth R280 that's a lot of money, I sent message to Uber Eats support, they have came back to say no refund.

This is not the first time Uber Eats has done this to my account.
