Horrible service by Ubereat

I ordered food from Chicken licken Centurion R213 and I never received this order because the driver said he will cancel order I must reoder, I went to chicken licken Centurion Mall and paid with card R165. Two days later I tried to order again but I can't because it says I have to pay for previous order which I never received. I have tried numerous times to send messages via help until today nothing.
