Horrible service

My first expression ordering Uber eats .

I place an order on Friday for two different restaurants on Uber eats due the rain. I place the from the restaurants in my area so that it would be quick. I get an update one orders on its way with the delivery guy and I wait downstairs my apartment building to received it. I receive the first order and because 2nd was going so long after I decided to wait the app updates the driver is on its way. I waited and waited the 2nd order didn't arrive I decided go back in my apartment and I get a notification to rate the service of the 2nd order however I didn't received it . I call the restaurants to find out what is going on with order they advise the order is still with the driver. I checked my phone no calls from the driver so I could call. I waited for 30minutes still no order and no way to call the driver or Ubet eats. I messaged via the chat no feedback, I messaged via the chat selected a different reason . I get a message with a picture saying my order was delivered,the picture of a road or payment with no food. They did even leave the order with the security of the building or leave the picture of where the food was left.

I contact Uber again ,no one replies and I have to select other reasons accept the one I complaining about to get the same response. Uber eats are ****ming me because there is no all for the driver nothing not notification that he arrived. UBER EATS I AM WAITING
