Horrible service and treatment

I wish I could give no star, I’m so disappointed in the treatment and service I am getting after the driver just said order delivered without me getting my order and your invisible support team refuses to pay my refund I have proof that after o didn’t get my order I had to get out of my bed and drive to go buy food. Please look into your app at my order and process the refund or atleast give a valid explanation as to why you not going to pay my refund so I know I will delete this app going forward I will be looking forward to you response I have proof I didn’t get this order. Your drivers also have numbers that do not go through
