Horrible service and thefts

I made an order 3 days ago it was a cash payment . The delivery guy had no change so I asked him to put it on my account which he never did . When I reached out to customer service they informed me I won't be getting my refund because the day before I got someone is food clearly with the name is name on the order yet somehow its my fault that they had yo refund me for their mistake which had to be a struggle beacuse when they did refund me it was short .
