Horrible service and ***********.

I ordered food From KFC yesterday through you guys. When i was tracking the order I even shared my live location with the Driver to make things easier. I also left the instructions that the driver should hoot at the gate... No hoot, no call. I tried calling the driver a d couldn't reach him. On my App it says my order was delivered. Where? Cos I don't have the food? I called the store and they telling me that the order was delivered to me according to them. But I did not get my order. I have exchanged more than 15 emails today with you guys a d still no fuc*** way forward. All I am being told is that the driver waited 8 minutes at my address and tried all ample ways to contact me but I wasn't aavaila. But I am saying he didn't contact me. And why was the order never returned to the store??????. Come oon guys. Is this the service you pride yourself on? Ripping customers off their hard earned money? I will not stop making noise untill I get what's due to me. I am beyond ****ed
