Horrible service

Worst app ever!! I placed an order at 9 am only to wait for 2 whole hours for my order to be canceled for an unknown reason and no money was refunded to me!! There is absolutely no way to contact their customer service for assistance and the app takes me around in circles.. Absolutely ridiculous!! Don't bother using this app.
