Horrible service

I had a horrible experience with UberEats on 31/08/2024. I ordered a streetwise five, I was monitoring the trip on my phone, when i noticed that it suddenly closed and ended, when i checked the driver had taken a photo and left with my food. he did not call when he was at the gate, did not send a message or offer to leave my package with the security at the gate. he did not even give me time to fetch my food. I contacted UberEats and reported the incident, they did not respond to date. they took my money and did not deliver my food. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this service, they will take your money and not deliver. ,when you complain you will get ignored.
