Horrible service

I had an absolutely appalling experience with Kayembe a driver within the Joburg (Kew) area.

The minute he got to my workplace, he asked if I could come and pick up my food at the gate. After I asked for a delivery to the door.

Then he does not pick up his phone, nor does he reply to his texts! Starving as I was, I stood out in the cold weather, and I still don't have my food. WHAT IS THE POINT OF CLAIMING TO PROVIDE A SERVICE IF YOU CANNOT EVEN ADHERE TO IT?!
