Horrible service

I had made an order from chicken licken rosebank to be delivered to my office...waited for more than an hour only to find out they had changed it to pick up.when i called chicken licken tgey said they dont have my order, to top it off uber Eats has blocked my account saying i need to make a payment of R132.00 first, did the whole refund thing and they keep saying they finalized my refund,till now my account is blocked for food i didnt even receive
