Horrible service

I order on UberEats and the driver contacted me and I told him my unit number even though it is already available on my address details (and a lot of drivers have never had an issue finding it). He left my order outside of someone else’s unit and then I got a notification stating that my order is complete. When I contacted UberEats about this, they told me they could not give me a refund cause the driver waited for 8 minutes even though he was at the wrong place. I will no longer be using UberEats or their e-hailing services anymore. Immediately deleted my *** down the drain
