Horrible experience

I had such a bad experience today, I ordered food on the uber eats website today at 18:44 and it said I would get my food at 19:35 so when the time arrived I phoned the restaurant I ordered the food from and after giving run arounds for over 15 minutes they said I must contact Uber eats and I can't find a number that actually goes through. Needless to say, I never received my food and now I am just gonna go to bed hungry because I had no plan B and it's late now, when I go to their website they are offering me a refund and what about all the airtime I used trying to get help who is going to refund me for that? They say I will receive the money within 3-10 working days, such bs, I am not even sure I did the refunding thing right, I am so ****ed off really and sooo hungry.
